    Trying to use a prepaid card I bought but keep getting billing errors and it won't tell me what is the problem exactly. Tried redeeming it on xbox.com and it told me to paste this somewhere: Xbos-0x80169D3A 514701b0-d3b5-4988-8957-1a947b4fa1da 2014/12/22
