XBOX 360 ERROR CODE 8C15009

Hello, i've having this problem for some weeks, i live in Brazil and i re-bought the xbox live gold signature ( 2nd year), but when go in my account in the xbox console the "your signatures" topic says "it's not possible to list your signatures. Try again
later" and later that the error code 8C150009 pops up, how many people know this error code isn't in the xbox error code check.

I read so many topics in the xbox forums but no one seems to resolve this error code, if someone know how to solve this error, please reach at me.

No i've tried to update but it seems to persist the same problem.
