    i just went and bought new gold cards and redeemed the code online and it said everything went through ok and when I went to get on my Xbox live to play this code came up saying there was a problem with my account so I contacted microsoft and Xbox support
    and neither of them could really help me with this. Can anyone please help me that may have experienced this as well??
