    when i confirm everything it says 'this action cannot be preformed at this time. please try again later.' How long do i wait exactly?

    I have the same problem too and spent 3 hours with support online and on the Phone on Sunday. They couldn't solve it. I even tried creating a BRAND NEW Live/Xbox account and the exact same error occurred when I attempted to login to Xbox.com after creating
    the Live account.

    I was told by the support representative that they would escalate the issue and call me back this week. Still haven't heard anything yet. I was hoping this was a temporary server issue and would be fixed by now. Doesn't seem like Microsoft are even aware
    of an issue !!!
