Xbox 360 error code: 8015401b

I tried everythig, even turning off your system dont work. I guess i am going to switch to PS4.

 

Same for me was just on the phone with a rep for 30 minutes

just chated whith the man was told this promo is for fresh accounts that if i had a xbox one i could start a new account which i dont have if its for new accounts why does it say just for you and why is it on my dashboard i have been a member for at least
three years. somthing smells cheesy goverment cheese that is

 

I had a chat with one of the people that work there. He told me that if you already tried a free trial, you cannot try it again. I used a free trial when I first joined, so I cant use another one. Pretty dumb. But the problem's solved. I think Xbox should
fix who the trail offer goes to, and who it shouldn't go to. Hope this helped.
