Xbox 360 Error Code 8015190A (5/19/14)

For the past few months, i have been unable to connect to online from my Xbox 360, every time i tried to connect it would say

Error Code 8015190A and i would not be able to get online. I have been paying for something i cannot even use anymore. I would log on almost every weekend and try and see if i could play some call of duty or GTA5 like i normally would on the weekends.
I have done everything from unplugging my modem, to resetting my entire service. I went through my modem setting and everything was as it should be. The support team has been telling me that it must be a problem with my system, it must be old. I only got it
last October as an upgrade from my old one. I just want to log onto my console, that would be great. I have an xbox one so its not a huge loss on money, but i have very few games on my xbox one, so its pretty boring. My understanding was that i would still
be able to regularly play my xbox 360 as well. So i guess, in a way, i am losing quite a bit. Does anyone know how to solve this, and don't tell me to reset my mac, or unplug my modem, if you know a way to just fix it, comment below.

And you should be ok.

 

I logged onto the Microsoft Website for Gold Live and did two things:

1. Changed my password.

2. Setup Two or Double Verification and then turned it back off.

Then it started working.

I've done what fate said, didn't absolutely nothing. Does anyone have a way to actually fix this problem. Ive done everything there is to do. my xbox one works just fine, but my 360 refuses to work and its not even a year old.

Can you try
changing your avatar (Silverlight is required to view the page) or adding some
details to your Bio? These changes do not need to be permanent, but please do make a change and save it. Then try to download your profile and let us know what happens.

 

in order to fix this problem you need to go into system settings, then device configuration. set everything to manual, then press done so everything sets to zero. switch both settings back automatic press done and reboot Xbox. re-download profile if
necessary. this is what worked for me, post if this helped you.

 

I just got a new console, put old hard drive in the new one and it works fine now.
