Xbox 360 error code: 42FC 42FE A080 1300 D000 0032

It's says can't process the update. If problem persist, go to www.xbox.com/support. And it not work.

I am getting an error during upgrade.

Upgrade is failing with status code: 417F-42FE-A080-1300-D000-0032

I can't play anything as forced to updrage to login. :-(

Cannot process Xbox live update.

When I try to update my xbox live account right when a finishes this message comes up. Can't process the update. If the problem persist, go to www.xbox.com/support. Status Code: 351F - 3524 - A080 - 1300 - D000 - 0032. Can someone please tell me why this
is happening?

 

same here ! please someone help ... I cannot access XBOX live service

 

Same here. I talked to support and they told me my Xbox was banned for mods. I haven't used it for 2 years and just replaced the disk drive and now I can't use it at all and getting no answers on the issue.

 

I didn't use it for months either

that might be the problem ? maybe we didn't get an important update that everybody else did ? and Microsoft just didn't think of us on the last one ?

I WANT my 360 back, seriously

 

I just turned on my xbox tried to download the update and got this error i was playing it last nite just fine and havent modded my xbox at all so that cant be it

Please give the following steps a try:

• First, clear your Xbox 360 system cache 3 times.
  
• Power cycle your Xbox 360 console.
  
• Once your console is powered on, try downloading the update again.

If you are still unable to download the update, copy the update from your computer to a USB flash drive by trying the following steps:

Note The USB flash drive must use the FAT32 file system. For information about how to format a USB flash drive, see the “Format a USB flash drive” section of Xbox 360 USB flash
drive support.

1. Plug your USB flash drive into a USB port on your computer.
2. Download the update file.
   
3. Click Save to save the console update .zip file on your computer.
4. Unzip the file. If you are using Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7, double-click the .zip file to unzip it.
   
5. Copy the contents of the .zip file to the root directory of your USB flash drive (for example, E:\). Do not copy the contents to another folder on the USB flash drive (for example, E:\Files).
   
6. Unplug the USB flash drive from your computer.
7. Plug the flash drive into a USB port on your Xbox 360 console.
8. Restart the console.
9. When the console restarts, the installation program starts automatically. Select Yes when you are prompted to update the new console software.

it's not working for me

cleaning the cache doesn't change anything

and doing the update via USB is working until the console restarts and tell me the update for xbox live "is not currently available"

• First, power off your Xbox 360 console.
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord of your console, router, modem or gateway.
  
• If you’re using an Xbox 360 Memory Unit or a USB flash drive instead of a hard drive, remove and reinsert the memory unit or USB flash drive.
  
• If you have a hard drive, try removing and adding the hard drive again.
  
• Plug in your console, router, modem or gateway.
• Power on your console.
• Try the update again.

tried it but no luck.

On the network test menu, both network and internet are ok but LIVE cannot connect

"your console is connected to internet but cannot connect to LIVE. unplug your modem 30 seconds then replug it"

could it be a modem getaway config problem ? I'm clueless
