    Xbox 360 Error 80C90010


    For the last three days, when I try to open Movies & TV on my Xbox 360 I get this error message: The Xbox service isn’t available right now. Please try again later. (status=80C90010).

    There are no current service alerts on the xbox website, however when I did a Test Xbox Live Connection there is a Live Status Service Alert. Please help.

    How do we go through for a refund on rentals and downloads of movies etc.... I've had enough of chasing a headless chicken.. spent all pre weekend and the weekend with nothing but no real answers ..oh maybe I should have stuck to gaming and netfix plus
