Thanks for letting me know my prior solution didn’t fix the issue. I do have some further strategies to try:

DELETE PROFILE:

Please go to Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive > Gamer Profile > Choose your Gamertag > select Delete Profile ONLY.



CLEAR CONSOLE SYSTEM CACHE:

Please go to Settings > System > Storage > Highlight Hard Drive > press Y and choose Clear System Cache (3x).



DELETE CORRUPTED FILES:

Please go to Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive > Games and Apps and look for a yellow warning symbol (!) among the files.



RESET NETWORK SETTINGS:

Kindly go to Settings >> select System Settings > Select Network Settings >> Select the name of your wireless network/wired network > Select Configure Network > select Restore to Factory Defaults. When prompted, select Yes, Restore to Factory Defaults.



RE-DOWNLOAD PROFILE:

On your dashboard, choose Social > Select Sign in or out Then select Download Profile > You will be prompted to enter your email address and password.

If issue persists, please provide us the following:

• Post a picture of the issue. Please conceal your personal information like email address, gamertag and full name.
  
• Can you try to install other games on Xbox 360 Store and see if you will get the same error code?
  
• One thing, please provide us with a picture of the issue on other games from Xbox 360 Store that shows same error code.
  

By the way, there is a known issue with Xbox 360 with Error Code 8015000A - this is why we are asking if you can let us know the error after trying out our steps.

Hey there joaomanuel! Usually this error is just a temporary issue. Have you tried it again since then? If it continues to give you issues I would wait 24 hours, try again. If there's still no luck, post back and we'll go from there! ^_^

Hello, i bought the season pass too. But i can't download episode 2 or 4. When i try to download, i get the erro 800700e8. The download of episodes 3 and 5 are ok.
