Xbox 360 Enforcement

Hello,

I got an Xbox enforcement but I do not have the due date where the enforcement will end.

It just says at the end:

[...]This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privileges.

I received an xbox live card for 1 month from my girlfriend and tried to redeem it in my Xbox 360 console.

By the time I entered the code, the system said it encountered an error and was not able to process this code.

Yesterday I tried to log in to Xbox Live & was not able to do so.

I then noticed I received an enforcement but I don't see the due date for it, neither the Case Review button to submit a review

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

When you get a chance, please check your email for possible communication on this. Also, please check back on
Enforcement.xbox.com as well as it can sometimes take a bit of time for the Enforcement action to appear.

 

Thanks for your post Mister Maka. It has been a month (I just noticed yesterday) from this enforcement... Do you know if it can take more time?

 

It's likely that you received a second suspension on your account (most likely a console suspension). In that case you would receive communication via the e-mail you use for communication. Have you had a chance to check that?

 

Yes. I don't have any email from the team. Not even a date for that suspension to end... I don't have any other information.

Any help will be appreciated.

I still have issues with the enforcement and I still have the "punishment" on my account.

I've checked my email account and not any news from Microsoft. Could you give me some guidance so I could get my xbox live enforcement away?
