    Xbox 360 Enforcement Doubt


    Hello,

    I got an Xbox enforcement but I do not have the due date where the enforcement will end.

    It just says at the end: [...]This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privileges. I received an xbox live card for 1 month from my girlfriend and tried to redeem it in my Xbox 360 console.

    By the time I entered the code, the system said it encountered an error and was not able to process this code.

    All of the above was about one month ago...

    Yesterday I tried to log in to Xbox Live & was not able to do so.

    I then noticed I received an enforcement (days after I tried to redeem the code) but I don't see the due date for it, neither the Case Review button to submit a review Your help is appreciated.

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    How long does it say it going for

    It may also be a perm ban

    Or if console ban then it's indefinite
