    Xbox 360 Elite Screen Goes Black


    Hey everyone, I have a 360 Elite S version and this problem just started yesterday. I turn on Xbox and the dashboard loads fine. As soon as I try to play any app, the screen goes black. If I load a disc in, same issue. I have tried changing TVs, HDMI
    wires, and even used the composite (SD) wire to get a picture. Nothing has solved this issue. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks a lot!

    We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help, we have seen this in the past and since the issue could be on the actual OS of the console so we would
    suggest Rolling Back the update on the console (Solution 7). Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!
