    Xbox 360 elite random wifi disconnection


    hi I've checked for a fix but its all Xbox live discon solutions

    The problem my Xbox 360 gears elite disconnects from live but they all do that my problem is that after the discon I check The network connection and it doesn't even register my WiFi is connected and asks for WiFi adapter ( elite never needed an adapter
    ) this does this randomly which sucks as I use my 360 for Netflix in my bedroom and its happened twice n I'm watching a film its only 45 min in

    My only fixes reset the console till it reads as online and reset my hub doing both fixes it for a time but same problems randomly, yet some days I fall asleep with music on YouTube n no discon

    Does anyone have any ideas wtf is going on with my 360 n using a wire isn't a option I'd have to trail a wire all through my house

    Xbox One Wired: (my xbox one is perfectly fine just posted both to compare)

    Download speed 175.56 mbps

    Hi WMDBloddHunter,

    When you are able to can you please send us a photo of what your connection stats look like on your console?

    Also, are you seeing any type of error message when this happens?

    Are you connected using a network cable or through WiFi?

    I have an xbox 360 Elite (original). The Wifi never worked without an adapter. Random losses of power and peripherals (net interface card), occurs when power supplies cant hold the load. (weak power or possible interim short). The best solution is
    to carefully and thoroughly clean the circuit boards (proper static protection) and consider cleaning, repairing, or replacing the power supply.

    Cannot purchase anything without, "a problem contacting Xbox Live."

    im having the exact same problem, i have had random disconnects, im running on a centurylink (quest) pk5000. no error code when running a connection test. no errors when playing multiplayer other then random disconnects. random disconnects haven't happened
    for a couple days tho. i have an older black 360 elite. i am also having problems adding friends to friends list.
