xbox 360 e to Samsung 24" Series 3 LED Monitor - No Audio???

Hi there,

Just hooked up my xbox 360 e to a Samsung 24" Series 3 LED Monitor via HDMI. Picture looks good but can't get audio. There's no input for the audio cables from the xbox. Anyone have a solution??? Thanks heaps!

Samsung 3D LED Monitor SA950

Does anyone know if i can use Samsung 3d LED Monitor SA950 for 360/ps3 3d gaming?

No worries. All sorted. Found a solution in another thread here that is working nicely.

I connected the L/R red/white of the composite xbox cable to a pair of 3.5mm stereo male to 2 RCA female cables and then connected the 3.5mm cable to a pair of Logitech Multimedia Speakers Z150 via the aux input on the front.

All in all I now have audio for around $25. Pretty happy with that.

It’s a Samsung 390 series 24 inch led free sync monitor

I’m just trying to get the Xbox to show up in the hdmi input it won’t work with the monitor and doesn’t let me switch modes

My gaming monitor is a 144hz 24" Curved LED Samsung. It's input lag is 4ms and has Freesync. They might make 4K ones, but mine isn't 4K was out of my price range when I got my gaming PC and monitor.

Do you recommend another monitor for using with xbox series s? i want a QHD monitor that works at least 60 hz, but a full hd would also do.

Use DVI but DVI doesn't carry audio... seriously you can get a 24" samsung monitor for about £100... VGA was a dated technology 7 years ago, upgrade.
