Xbox 360 E Start Up Issue

I hope you are doing well today. Welcome to the Xbox Community. Thank you for reaching out to Xbox Forums. You are unable to update your Xbox 360 E Console.

Error 807b0194 occurs when you download an Xbox 360 update.

You see the following error and message when you try to download a console software update to your Xbox 360 console. Look at solution 3: make sure you have enough space.

If this does not work, you will need to purchase an Xbox 360 hard drive, or I would reset the console if you have not performed a factory reset.

You would need to transfer the game save to the Xbox 360 cloud drive and then it can be played on the Xbox One.

Thanks for coming to the forums. If you have tried numerous power supply and the console will not power on, it will need to be repaired/replaced. Unfortunately, if the console is out of warranty you will need to find a reputable third party repair center.
As we do not support Xbox 360 any longer. If unable to find a repair you need to replace it. Which on the Xbox 360 E the

hard drive is removable and can be put into another for your games and saves.

Sorry to hear it. If it's possible I would recommend trying another power cable (possibly borrowing one from a friend) to see if that works or try a different wall socket (don't use a power bar).

If that doesn't work then the console may either need to be repaired or replaced.
