Xbox 360 E red light black screen.

So i have a xbox 360 E console and 2 days ago my brother opened the console to clean the dust away but kinda made a problem appear. Since now all the time when i try to start the console, the green light turns red after a second and i get nothing on screen.
I have tried to turn it on without a hdmi cable and also without the hard drive and the result is always the same. Also tried to press the power button for a longer time but it reacts the same whether i hold the button or not.

I also discovered that when it is red and i hold down connect button and press eject i see a green circle start flashing in 4 flash series. Have no idea what that means but it has to mean something? Appreciate all the help i can get!

My 360 also got the red light and I could never solve the problem :/

Yes but the problem is the circle is just 1 light in overall. Which makes it more difficult to identify the actual problem the console has.

That sounds like the dreaded red ring of death (RROD). There is nothing really you can do is have it repaired or replaced.

So basically got an update on how this occured the first time. Brother was watching netflix when all of a sudden it crashed and the green light turned red. After that it was opened and cleaned but doesnt work anymore.

If you have all 4 lights red it means the cable connecting your Xbox 360 to your television isn't working properly.

At this point the only thing that comes to mind is to reopen the console and check that everything is reconnected and everything in its place, it is not to be excluded that in an attempt to clean up, your brother damaged the console.
