Thank you for the reply. I have already tried those options and I am getting run around in circles. If you have a working number I can call, that would be perfect. I call 1-800-4myxbox before and all that does now is give you the website address.

I was able to get support on the phone and get the issue resolved, thank you! Below is how I did it for anyone looking.

1) Download Profile on 360 (Profiles / Sign In / Download Profile)

2) Register device on the website - http://account.microsoft.com/devices

3) Go into device details for the 360 and select Reset passcode

4) You should get a dailogue box that looks like somethign below

5) Follow the steps below

6) Select Yes to Reset to Factory Default

This code unlocks the current passcode so you can reset it. We recommend you copy it down:

   Settings > System settings > Console settings > System info

   Press the following button sequence on your controller:
