Xbox 360 E Audio Problem

Hello guys! I'm having a huge problem with my sound when using HDMI + Aux. I currently use a HDMI to VGA converter for my monitor and aux for my headphones. The problem is that I use the aux for sound but it's very quiet and glitchy. When I'm playing Ghosts
for example, the sounds are not in synch and are completely random. I hear people dying when there's no gun fights and just very random game sounds. The strange thing is though, if I'm shooting my gun the sound is normal but I just get random game sounds like
people dying and the call outs like "Enemy captured Bravo" will be totally random.

Problem with 360 video and audio

I recently went on a trip and brought my 360 with me and it was woking fine a couple days ago when i was using it to play Fallout Nv(installed directly onto the system). Well I got back and finally hooked up the console to my tv and i am getting blue pixels all over my screen and audio from any games i put in loops in like 3 second intervals. i was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if it is a problem with my xbox or hdmi cable or something

XBox 360 E and component video? digital audio?

I'm upgrading my Xbox original version to an Xbox 360 E version to get smaller size, quieter, etc. My system today connects to a projector with component video and my 5.1 surround audio system. I haven't received it yet but I know there is only a 2 channel
audio cable and an HDMI jack on the system.

Is there an optical audio cable for the 360 E?

Is there a component video cable for the 360 E?

Update: I've noticed it's fine to begin with but then in-game music cuts out at some point and the randomness begins. I'm not really too sure what it could be apart from it maybe confusing itself with using the hdmi and aux output simultaneously

 

It seems strange that the game's audio engine would get confused because of the dual connections, and there is probably little going on to confuse the Xbox 360 E itself.

I'd rather suspect there is a bug in the game which has been triggered somehow. Does it happen in games other than COD: Ghosts?
