    So on my account, I changed the email and password and also my gamertag. I changed my gamertag on my xbox 1 and my email and password on the microsoft website. Once I was done creating and setting everything up, I then tried to download my profile on the
    360 but it kept on saying,” Sorry, there’s a problem with the credentials that you’re using to sign in.” I made sure that the email and password on my account were correct and they were. I also then removed myself off a family and realized that my account
    was a child account. It would be great if anyone can help with this. By the way, I don’t have 2-Step Verification on or any sort of security on my account.
