Xbox 360 download TV episode issues

Ability to download movies/TV shows removed?

The ability to download Movies and TV Episodes is not currently available on Xbox One. It is there for the Windows 8 Video app and Xbox 360.

 

XBOX Live requires extra security after using Zune on my PC because XBOX couldn't find a video

Yes I can now sign into XBOX Live on my 360. But I am missing an episode from Continuum - Ep8 doesn't show up in My TV Shows but if I go to the series it is there and ready to be watched. I NEVER had issues like this before the silly rebranding of Zune to
XBOX Video. I still have no idea why MS decided to rebrand it. Hopefully this is solved now, but I doubt it. I download the TV episodes to my PC with Zune (for now) so I am sure I'll have more issues. Thank you for your help!

What's the problem you're having? Is there any error codes?

 

It's saying I can't download episode and its not giving me a code I called support I tried everything then they told me to do this

 

Do you have enough space on the drive you're using? Are you downloading to the internal hard drive or somewhere else?

I'm able to download it without any problems on my console.

 

I'm downloading it to my external hard drive in can download all the other episode expect the first one and yes I have enough space
