    Xbox 360 download restarts at 79%


    I have purchased Skate 3 just 2 days ago. The billing and purchase went smoothly but the game download started and then resets every time at 79%. I have wasted about 60 gb of data and then contacted the support the very same day. Various replies were sent
    by virtual agent and "Xbox Experts" on the support page but after every try the page said the no person live support was possible. the next day the support guy told to factory reset the console and then try and let him know if it did but it did not.

    All the game saves and profiles were gone and still no reply. This looks like Microsoft is caring really less about the audience and after and no matter what i try no customer support is possible other than "Virtual Agent"....

    I asked if refund is possible but the team replied no refund on your purchase this is turning slowly in a scam.....

    Anyone please help and i hope to see the teams intervention plz,......

    Same for me..DEUS EX the case this time..I believe it is something to do with Microsoft servers...The day (5 days ago) I bought Deus ex, I also bought Sleeping dogs and Trine 2 which downloaded ok..Maybe the bigger games (above 6,7 gb) got stuck..

    Many of us have the same issue...I've spend a whole day to fix this, but the problem is on their side...Dungeon Siege 3 and Sacred 2 in my case...

    I am experiencing the same thing! I tied to get skate 3 two days ago as well, and it just kept re downloading over and over.

    At this point, I cant download anything to any of my 360's at all. Stuff downloads it just wont authenticate.

    I am now in contact with an xbox gamer imma try to see if they can provdie and answer, u guys can try the same by going to support

    I did recieve an email but the link dosent work at all, the email gave me a link to talk to an specialist but their systems completely seem to fail

    P.S. :Later now after 3 hours they have finally connected me with an employee. I'll be sure to let you all know what they have said
