    UPDATE:

    As of October 1st 2018, Sign in to your Microsoft account no longer displays Xbox 360 games.

    As suggested, I've submitted the issue to Xbox Ideas Uservoice.

    ORIGINAL POST:

    For years I have managed my Xbox 360 download queue at the URL Sign in to your Microsoft account, and my Xbox 360 purchase history at Sign in to your Microsoft account.

    Recently, both URLs started redirecting to the Sign in to your Microsoft account. This is a huge problem in the following regards:

    1. Download Queue managements is not available at Sign in to your Microsoft account.
    2. Purchase History is not available for DLC items at Sign in to your Microsoft account.
    3. Purchase History is not available for non-game items (Avatar items, Gamerpics, Themes, etc.) at Sign in to your Microsoft account.
    4. "Add to Queue" is not a feature of Sign in to your Microsoft account, which makes it impossible to redownload a game that you own
      that has since been delisted (e.g. Forza Horizon, Deadpool, The Simpsons Arcade Game, etc.).

    If Sign in to your Microsoft account and https://live.xbox.com/en-US/download/history
    are to be no longer available to users, please add their functionality to https://account.xbox.com/en-US/MyGames?gameType=Xbox360.

    Purchasing and Downloading via Xbox.com....

    Is there anyway to queue your DLC up to download onto your XB1 when purchasing DLC via Web Browser (xbox.com), instead of having to manually download an already redeemed (but not installed) content?

    [e.g. Going to the Xbox 360 Marketplace via Xbox.com and have it queue to download].

    I paid 800 points for Doom now i can't play it because its been removed. =/

    Any content you download can be re-downloaded from your Download History on the Xbox 360 Dashboard or Xbox.com. On the Xbox 360, just press the Guide button, go to the Settings tab, select Account Management, then select Download History, and look for your
    DOOM download. On Xbox.com,
    click here to see your download history
    and you can queue downloads to your Xbox 360 console.



    Regardless if content is removed from the Marketplace, if you have purchased it, it should remain available for re-download in your Download History.

    Xbox uses that site to see what users want, and work on the suggestions with the most votes.

    Here's a workaround:

    Try purchasing the game via the Xbox Marketplace on Xbox.com. Then, send it to your download queue, power up the Xbox 360 and you should be all set.
