Post the standard troubleshooting info

The reason why those.threads get closed is because rather then posting revelevent info they say I get the same without posting the info and when they try random steps they get angry when they get stuck for 3months

Also did you use the region migration tool recently?

Game livenses dont always transfer between regions you would.have to return to the previous region to redownload the games

Keep in mind using 1.1.1.1 will always return an error for dns because its a vpn using google and yes some isps will havr you use google dns

and yes this is standard troubleshooting

Isp is important because certain ones and connections will always havr an issue

Century and virgin are among the most famous

And certain isps use vpns server side

I do remember one user who lived in ireland but his geoip reported in northern ireland

This is standard info we need to troubleshoot

If your geoip js off that is ehat the whois and speedtests will show

And some people will dismiss the region lock for the wrong reason oh I can download other games which region locks dont apply to every game

When asking for help POST as much info as possible

As part of the rules thread hijacking isnt allowed as it mixes up info and troubleshooting steps and prople do get mad whrn they listen to a step ans get stuck for 3months becsuse they listrned to a step meant for anothrr person

I can tell you I have no issues with downloading 360 games like millions of other xbox live users

so you cant blame the servers

You need to pinpoint the issue

please try the following:

1. Remove any corrupt or incomplete files from the storage device

2. Clear the cache of the console (Settings - System - Storage - highlight storage device and press Y and then select clear cache option. Do this 3 times

3. Restart the console.

4. Clear console cache 1 more time

5. Check if there are any incomplete or corrupt files left. If none of these exist please try and download something else with the approx. the same size as Halo 3. See if that completes. If that completes fine then try and download Halo 3 again.

Let it know if there are any results

Alright. Thing is I already did that but if the game is fixed, it might work otherwise something's up on Microsoft's side.

I purchased the classic Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb for download on my Xbox 360/One. It downloaded fine on my Xbox One. On my Xbox 360, the download stops at 80% and never finishes. I had approx. 17 GB prior to the download; I now have
15.2 GB left of the hard drive with only 80% of the game downloaded. Is anyone else getting this issue? It can't be a hard drive space issue; it must be an issue with the game data somwhow.

are you using an external drive

Hi, if you have access to an Xbox 360 it's fairly simple, you start the download on the 360 and then cancel the download and the game will show as ready to install on your Xbox One, not elegant but it works.

The 360 side of the store on the Xbox One has some issues still and I've never been able to download any of the 360 games either other than starting the download on my 360 as described above.
