Xbox 360 Download history still not working

I've seen multiple posts about this online, and apparently this has been going on for about a year now....

I cannot access my download/purchase history for the Xbox 360 at all. Looking in the Backward compatibility section on the Xbox One store, I know there's games there that I purchased many years ago that are now showing up as "purchase".....this is unacceptable,
and this needs to be looked into and rectified. The link below only shows PC and Xbox One purchases. As a customer, I feel pretty screwed over. Seriously, this has been going on for over a year and there has been no resolution.

This is not helpful honestly, as it shows only as far back as 2011, and even then most of the things it shows is the Microsoft Points amounts that I bought on multiple occasions. I've been an XBL member since 2004. Even still, this still does not solve the
issue of the fact that games I KNOW I purchased are not showing up as "owned" on the XBL marketplace.

I still need to pull out my old Xbox 360 to verify what I own and what other games in that purchase history is Backwards compatible. Still, this is a HUGE issue and Microsoft hasn't done anything to resolve this. EVERYTHING someone owns SHOULD show up as
owned in the Xbox One marketplace (as long as it is BC), and there should be a place online that shows ALL games, apps and other content you downloaded over the years.

This IS a problem, and linking me to a "purchase history" link, solves nothing, as its only going back so far, and it doesnt solve the issues that games I purchased years ago are not showing up as "owned" on Xbox one.

Please, look into this.

Same here. I just now realized this with Trials Evolution becoming BC. Now i see there are a bunch more now that i fired back up my 360. I belive San Andreas were another one of those. Everything i basically purchased using point cards that i bought. Its
really frustrating and honestly i dont think many support people are gonna get this. Very frustrating. If you do manage to get someone on support who cam sympathize however, on your 360 itself, you should be able to see your download history. (Maybe) havent
tried it yet, just read it in another post. PM me if you have any otber info regarding the issue.

You can always check your online purchases if you sign in to the
Payment & billing page with your Microsoft account
