XBOX 360 don't display images after changes at the main account via website!

I'm sorry to see any issues with the display! We do have a support article for

Xbox 360 Blank Screens, if you haven't already tried the steps there. One of the things it suggests is another TV.

So, Misses Quinzel... The thread isn't actually with the display, nor with the HDMI cable, since it ALWAYS had worked in there. I can't believe that my Xbox 369 would create an incompatibility issue from nothing. It happened after I changed my profile's
name at Xbox's site. They said them would remove my profile from any Xbox with it, but my Xbox had as main profile, the one which he starts at, is mine. Could this be the cause? Because no other light besides the middle one is on, and no controllers can be
conected.

You mentioned that there is no image on the TV but the lights are on. Unless I am misunderstanding, that sounds like a display issue. Changing your gamertag would not affect the display or console in this way, and hardware can fail at any point in its life. Can
you provide pictures of what you're running into so that I can help determine the best course of action on this? I would need images of what your screen looks like, and the console front. Without those, I feel there might be a language barrier that we are
running into, and reaching out to
your local phone support might be better for you.

These are the images I can provide you right now (I’m not able to take any photos unfortunately, so you’ll need to live with this):



The Xbox when turned on, and



The TV when the Xbox is on.

I have used this TV over THREE YEARS from now, and the Xbox from ELEVEN years. They never gave me problems, and I presume they shouldn’t start now. Both the TV and the Xbox always have worked well together during all this time. And as I said earlier I don’t
believe that if the TV used to work on my Xbox for three years it would stop without giving any signs of stress or hardware failures (such as heating, fan stopping, and image glitches). When I mentioned the Gamertag change, my intention wasn’t focus on the
Gamertag, but to focus in the fact that they removed my account from the Xbox, and that it would depend on it to start up. Correct me if I’m wrong, but if a system depends on an account and this account suddenly disappear, then it’s natural that it wouldn’t
be able to turn on, right? Because the system wouldn’t be able to pass through the “account setup”. Again, thanks for the reply.

@mister cerb, i'm sorry but what you suggested did not make a difference. the console is running as normal, but no video/audio on my panasonic viera tv.

@brilliant joey, that was already suggested. i tried it with no results
