Xbox 360 doesn't autorenew Gold Account

Recently I have had some problems logging into my 360. I recently changed credit cards and set my account to use my new card instead of the expired one. this worked fine on my Xbox One, but whenever I boot up my 360 it tells me that I have to choose credit
card information. If I select my card, it does one of two things, it either freezes and doesn't respond unless I restart the console or tells me to wait for a while for it to process; which does not seem to solve the problem.

Can anyone please help!

First time use/setup

Hi. I've bought a day one edition for my boys a surprise for Xmas but not had a chance to test it yet. Because one of my lads already has a 360 in his room with his own gold account, I am going to set up the xbox One with his as the primary account fir the gold access as that way we can use the same gold account on his 360 and the shared Xbox one.

However, if I set the Xbox one up late one night presumably I will have to add the primary/gold account that it will use (I.e my son's) as part of the initial set up . Then I'll try it with one of the games. So by doing this, when he next uses his 360 will he see that his account had been used on an Xbox one? Obviously I don't want him to suspect there is an Xbox one in the house!!!

I can't sign into xbox live

I am getting the same type of error when trying to turn on Gold autorenew

 

Hey mate, the only thing I can suggest is going to the following link and making sure all your billing information is correct:
http://account.live.com/

I believe at that account link is where your information should be picked up for both consoles. What do you see there?
