Xbox 360 disconnecting from Xbox live when I start every game.

My Xbox 360 disconnects from xbox live several times when I start all games and it takes several attepmts to play games. Once I'm able to play a game I can play all day. Sometimes it 2-3 times, sometimes it's 10-15.

I've tried the following:

1) restarting

2) unplugging power cord

3) clearing cache, deleting profile and re-downloading

4) resetting modem, using wifi, tried wired

5) opened various ports on modem

any help would be appreciated.

How can I keep Halo 3 from the MCC collection suspended?

Last night I was done playing so put it in suspend mode so I can pick up playing today. When I went to go play it I resumed but it said disconnected from Xbox Live and the game had to restart. What gives? If I log out of Xbox live before I start the game, will I be able to return to suspended mode? Not sure why the game cares if I'm logged into Xbox live or not.

 

X1 Desperate Help !!

I'll start up a game and in about 5 minutes or so my controller disconnects. I've figured out that every time I see my controller disconnect, that live actually disconnects as well. Does anyone know how the controller and live are related? I need a fix desperately!! I never had the problem before only started about a month ago. Don't know why I'm getting disconnected from live

 

You need to be in the 360 forums mate this is for the Xbox one, hope you get it sorted over there.

But look, the problem you're having is because there is a bad connection where you live. It takes around a few hours to be solved.

You can try 3 different things:

-Restart your modem.

-Connect your xbox via ethernet.

-Wait until the connection is fixed. This process can be done by going outside with the dog, watch a movie or series (House of Cards) or going to sleep.

But do not worry to much! this problem is normal and happens every now and then.
