Xbox 360 Disconnecting from Xbox Live problem

I keep getting disconnected from Xbox Live ever since Call of Duty Advanced Warfare came out. I have no idea why. My internet provider is Comcast and I have perfect connection.

Server diconnections

I have noticed that on my 360 I seem to get disconnected a lot from XBL but on the xbox one I never have that problem

Xbox One disconnecting from Internet need help

I am have problems with my xbox one disconnecting from xbox live and when it does that it forces me to do a hard reset on my wireless router to get everything up and running again. I don't have this problem with my other consoles is there something wrong with my xbox one wireless signal or what so I do to fix this problem?Click to expand...

I had the same issue recently. My controller was also frequently disconnecting and then failing to reconnect. Disabling 'Instant On' has seemingly fixed my wireless problems.

Hey!

Is this happening with every game/app or only with Call of Duty:AW?

Also, there's a super helpful support page which walks you through many troubleshooting steps related to your disconnection issue.

You can find that here. Try going through the possible solutions on that article and letting us know if any of those steps work!

Even if they don't, it will let anyone wishing to help know which steps you've already tried.

It happens on certain games. But has only started happening when I got Advanced Warfare. Im going to exchange my router, to see if that's the problem. Ill notify you or anyone with the problem, of the results. Have a Merry Christmas

If you need help deciding, remember that you can check the Network Hardware Information board to see if there are any issues with any of the routers you're looking at, and if they support multiple consoles. Always good to know.

I have a almost similar problem, but I get disconnected from Xbox Live when i'm playing a single player game or when i'm away from my 360 for more or less than 10 minutes, but never disconnected from Xbox Live when i'm playing a multiplayer game. I'm starting

Has anyone had the problem of not being able to connect to xbox live because whenever i click on advanced warfare on 360, it disconnects me from xbox live and it happens on titanfall too. Does anyone have a solution?

Does the whole Xbox 360 disconnect from Xbox Live or just the game drops you to the menu?

If the console disconnects from Xbox Live, do you experience any other online games causing the same issue?

1. I test the xbox live connection and it says a big X from the xbox 360 and router timelime looking thing.
