Xbox 360 "Disconnected From Xbox Live Message"

Hello i am experiencing some issues when i join online matches. It will kick me off Xbox Live and will Say "Disconnected from Xbox Live" The Status code is: 8015190E Also, I have tried all the solutions to fix this status code,and switched to Wired
Connection. Thank you!!!!!

Original Xbox One Keeps Dropping From Xbox Live

This is becoming serious BS. I keep receiving, regardless of what game I'm playing across either xbox 1 or 360 platforms, "disconnected from xbox live" message. Can not play any game for more than 20 seconds before getting disconnected. None of the other
troubleshhoting procedures have assisted. WTH is going on?

Sporadic "Disconnected from Xbox Live" messages.

Have you tried replacing the cat 5/6 cable running from the modem to your xbox? Sometimes they do go bad and will cause a loss or a fluctuation of signal that could cause your xbox to disconnect.

Modem brand & model number: Xfinity, Model#: TC8305C

Router brand & model number: Xfinity, Model#: TC8305C

How many consoles do you have connected to this router? 1 Xbox 360

Wired or wireless (for each console): Wired

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?

Things you have tried: Clear System Cache 3 times, reset router, Power cycled my console and network hardware, delete Xbox Live Profile and re-install it, contacted Xbox Support and they told us to switch to Wired Connection and problem still occurs.

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown Unknown

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? I dont think so

Any Error Codes you encounter: status code is 8015190E

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Xfinity

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

Sorry for the late reply!

Firstly: There's an ongoing issue with the latest version of firmware that was pushed out by Comcast for the Technicolor TC8305C (Xfinity custome firmware), which has been the subject of connectivity problems for Xbox customers trying to connect Xbox Live.
I'm not sure if Comcast have an estimation on when to expect an update to fix the problem with the current running version of firmware for the TC8305C.

Secondly: If you have an additional router, then you can, with the help of your ISP, set your Technicolor TC8305C to be operating in bridge mode. In this mode, the TC8305C will only function as a standard modem, while an additional router can function as
the NAT device.

If you need help with bridge mode, consult your ISP, and they can help you configure this mode.

exactly is going wrong with your Xbox 360.

360 is plugged directly into the Ubee. I removed it from the internal network.

Ubee is not in Bridge mode. Charter said there are no firewall rules enabled on it. They (firewall) are my responsibility to erect between my network(s) and the Ubee.

What's weird to me, and was reaffirmed after a bit of testing. I'll get the "Disconnected from Xbox Live" message and sometimes won't get the "[username] signed out of Xbox Live". Conversely, if I physically interrupt the connection (unplug ethernet cable)
I always get the "[username] signed out of Xbox Live" message instead of the disconnected one.

In fact, sometimes when I'm "Disconnected from Xbox Live" it doesn't even sign out my username or show on the popup menu or dashboard that I need to sign in to live. I can still access my friends lists and such. It's almost like I'm getting disconnected
from the game server part of live. If I'm in a party or private chat that doesn't get disbanded or ended when I get the disconnected message.

Does the whole Xbox 360 disconnect from Xbox Live or just the game drops you to the menu?

If the console disconnects from Xbox Live, do you experience any other online games causing the same issue?

Im getting the same Disconnect message as well and after that I also get disconnected from Xbox Live its Aggrevating
