Xbox 360 Disc Unreadable!

Well My Games work except my Call of Duty Games, everytime i play after a while it Says Disc unreadable, i Know its not the Games when it says Disc Unreadable the background still goes on like in a Multiplayer match i get killed with the message on my Screen,
Once i click "A" it takes me to the Xbox Dashboard, then it says play MW3 without Recognizing it. i think its My Xbox but idk it only happens when ig gets hot and it get hot in about 20 Minutes.

Forza Horizon DLC Version "Disc unreadable error"

I have the same problem but....

Xbox 360 Slim Glossy = Forza Horizon runs perfect (on this Console i buy Forza on demand)

Xbox 360 Slim Matte = Disc unreadable

Xbox 360 E (Xbox One Design) = Disc unreadable

I ´ve change the HDD from the Glossy to Matte and E but it comes "Disc unreadable".

Copy the files from Glossy to another Console do not work.

It sounds like it's a problem with your Xbox console. To see if it's the heat causing it, try ensuring it's not in an enclosed space (tv cabinet, etc). You could also get an external fan to help with cooling it down.
