Xbox 360 Digital Games Licenses keep messing up?

Okay so yesterday I went to buy a game from the Xbox 360 big sale that is going on and when I went through with the purchase, the game ended up not giving it to me, but taking my money all the same. I could not download it, but I still got confirmation the
purchase went through and it took my money. I ended up resolving this by contacting support and they gave me a refund for the game so I could buy it again, which ended up working this time and I got the game.

Now today is not as big of a deal, but I still think it is strange that it is happening so often, I went through my older games to delete from my hard drive to clear up space so I could buy another game, okay? I ended up deciding to delete Dishonored, which
I got from Games with Gold back in 2014, and I still want to play more of eventually I just have other interests right now. But when I deleted the game from my hard drive I instantly noticed that it took away my license for the game and it wants me to purchase
it now. I can't find It in my download history either, so when I want to play it again, I will have to purchase it.. When I already had it... Sure I didn't spend money on the game, but it came with Games with Gold, a reward program for having Gold membership, these
games are supposed to last forever...

So two days in a row with mess ups in some system from Xbox, and it makes me afraid from deleting any other games from my hard drive... Am I able to contact support about this Dishonored situation? I can't find it in any Purchase history, as it was Free with
games with gold and I don't see any of those games in my order or purchase history, therefor I could not prove that I have it unless they could find my license on the game I believe? I am not sure, let me know if you know what I can do, thanks

Call of Duty Dual License Confusion.

I have found this but Amazon does not write that in their description, they write the opposite

But what I found on another website was this

Q. When I upgrade from digital download for Xbox 360 to digital download for Xbox One, will my digital Xbox 360 game license be deactivated?

A. No, Xbox 360 game license will not be deactivated. Both game licenses will be retained.

This essentially means that should you buy the license, you will be buying the game for both consoles simultaneously. Sweet idea?

 

Call of Duty Dual License Confusion.

but on the faq on Call of duty ghosts website it says

When I upgrade from digital download for Xbox 360 to digital download for Xbox One, will my digital Xbox 360 game license be deactivated?

No, Xbox 360 game license will not be deactivated. Both game licenses will be retained.

I am really confused, does that only apply if you buy the game of the dashboard?

Also will it be available Nov 5th...?

 

that was a GWG in August 2014. they do not take licenses away when you delete the game from your hard drive.

go to this page on xbox.com and make sure you are logged into your gamertag. it will either say Dishonored $19.99, or it will say Already Purchased. if it says already purchased, you can click Download to 360 to start it downloading on your console. it
will start the next time you connect to xbox live with that gamertag.

if it says $19.99 then that means it must have been another gamertag that was signed in when you downloaded it. you'd have to sign into the other gamertag before you can download it free again.
