XBox 360 digital game is missing the download button?

Hey all,

I have an XBox 360 which I've connected to my Live account.
Up until now I've been able to buy games (and DLCs) from the Microsoft store on my PC, then download them onto my console, no problem.

Dragon Age Inquisition is giving me a problem though.

I bought the digital version on the Microsoft Store through my web browser, as usual; and whenever I go to check on the store, it says that I own it.

When I use the 'Browse games' or 'Search games' function on my Xbox, though, I can get DAI as a result but don't have an option to download the game. Only the rate and pin buttons are displaying.
I can't even try to buy it again, there's no price listed.

I bought DA: I as part of the Deluxe Edition bundle, with the game itself and the deluxe edition upgrade in one package.
That's the only weird thing I can think of, that'd be different from other games I've bought before.

I've tried restarting my console, and signing out of & back into my Microsoft account. Nothing's worked so far.

How can I download DAI properly?

If you haven't tried already, access your order history and try to download it from there. If that wasn't helpful, try resetting your console by following what's mentioned here => How to reset or reformat your Xbox 360 to factory default settings | Xbox Support.

Hi, I think this is it! I must've bought the DLC on the Store and then just assumed the actual game was runnable (that's a word) as well. /o\ Gah.

Are you sure that you didn't purchase the Xbox One version? I can't find the 360 version to download from my PC. I can find the DLCs and the deluxe upgrade but not the game itself.

The only downloadable version of the base game with the Deluxe upgrade that I can find is only for the One.

by going to account.xbox.com and then going my games and it used to bring you to a page that list all of the games you own sorted by xbox one, xbox 360 and pc but now am not able to browse my xbox 360 digital catalog as xbox 360 button is missing ... any
other way to see all my digital xbox 360 games i own

You can actually go onto an xbox 360 console and from the guide i think it is on the far right and there is a purchase history there. And since you are on an xbox 360, it won't show you non-360 titles.

Not sure where you can find it online anymore.

I miss them but I like the way games like Metal Gear and Z.O.E HD have a proper digital manual that you can read in game, downloadable versions of Vanquish and Bayonetta on PS3 are similar, when you hit the PS button there is a digital manual to read. Nice
