Xbox 360 deleted everything

Hello my Xbox 360 deleted everything for some reason and now I am unable to dowload my account or add a profile. When I try to download my account after adding my email and password it starts to log in with my gamer tag but then I get the error code 80070570.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to download your profile.

You might be experiencing this due to some remnants of your profile being corrupted on your console. If you haven't already, I recommend taking a look at the article that covers

this error code, as it should provide for you different troubleshooting techniques you can use to resolve this.

I was playing my Tomb Raider game and all of a sudden everything froze. I had to turn it off, but when I turned it back on everything was deleted and it still said that I had 11.8GB. When I tried to redownload my profile it said that "Xbox Live profiles
can't be downloaded 8007045D"

That status code is consistent with your storage device not being able to store the data. I would try formatting the hard drive (be aware you will lose all info on the hard drive) and seeing if you can download it afterwards. We honestly will not know
100% if that will work or not, so until you've tried it and reported back we can only suggest you try it. Scroll down on this page for a step by step guide on how to format: support.xbox.com/.../storage

If it works, it sounds like your hard drive just needed to be formatted. If it doesn't work, try downloading your account to a flash drive. If that works, it would point to your hard drive has failed and you would need a new one.

Hey there KERMIT! Have you tried to clear the cache on your hard drive by any chance? If not, then try that to see if that helps. If you don't know how to do this, then check here

I didn't fix it. Fortunately, I was able to d/l my profile. I have the standard 4gb XBOX, no extra hard drive. Someone made the suggestion earlier to remove the hard drive and then reattach it, so if you have a hard drive try that. I don't have an xbox live
subscription so nothing will be on the cloud. You can check there for your stuff too but my guess is you need to do a factory reset
