Xbox 360 Defected Laser Help

Hey guys, I need help picking out a new DVD drive for my original Xbox 360 pro (60GB HDD) I've had this console for 5 years, and the laser won't read any disc except for the games I've installed. I've been looking on eBay, and some of them
are different. Some of them say stuff like [Mod Removed] at the end, how do I know which specific drive will work for my version of the xbox 360? Also I'm not looking to purchase the laser itself, so I'm not messing around with small components,
but rather the entire dvd drive which'll come with the laser. Thanks!

Defected Xbox??

I have the Xbox 360 bundle pack that came with Fable 3.

Every time i turn my Xbox on it and try to connect to xbox live, it tells me I can't connect so I have to go turn my modem off for 30 seconds, then turn my xbox back on and reconnect. I'm using the in-console wireless adaptor and I don't think it's my internet,
because I always have full bars on my computer. Is this a defected Xbox? Do I need to send it in or can I fix it on my own? Any help is great! Thanks.

My first issue with the Xbox One.

It was 10 dollars for the advanced shipping, they put a hold of 129.99 on my account until they recieved the defected kinect. They were actually very helpful and better service than previously with the 360.

Hi there. Have you checked the laser inside the console? To do this, just insert a CD or DVD. If you notice any skipping or shuddering when the disc has no physical defects, the laser needs to be cleaned. You can get a laser cleaner by visiting RadioShack,
Best Buy, Wal-Mart or Target. It should look like a disc that has little nubs on the bottom.

If the game still gives you a green screen or multi-colored lines, the game disc itself is defective. You can either return the game disc to your retailer or call the disc defective number located on the back of the disc carton. Both should be free of charge,
since this wasn't your fault. Hope this helps!

Weird,At first i thought it could've been a problem with the laser in your disk drive,But your other games are working.Maybe the store got a defective batch?
