Xbox 360 dashboard not updating

Same exact problem on my end. Glad to know I'm not the only one sick of looking at that Forza F&F, TMNT, Gotham homepage. I had tried every possible suggested solution as well along with recovering my gamertag twice. Guess I will have to wait this out unfortunately.

Xbox 360 Update Preview Forums. Please let me know if you run into any issues accessing that link.

The McGuffin - You will not be able to access those forums. I was unable to verify you should be in there. If there is a different gamertag that the preview program is associated with, please post on the forums with that one so that we can
get you the appropriate permissions.

If you guys run into further issues with the preview program on your 360, please post up in those forums so that the preview team can assist you. Thanks for understanding!

 

ugh im glad to see im not the only one with this problem aswell

i missed on 3 week worth of game sales

 

yeah I'm in the same boat as the rest. Dashboard has been stuck on forza horizon 2: fast and furious, ninja turtles, etc. I thought it would update today at least seeing as new games with gold have come out, but no luck

The gamer tag I used for "Preview" is (showing). I was online with support for over a hour today trying to fix this issue. There is nothing to be done so far (including opting out). They finally sent me to the Preview forum. As most know...
Group Not Found. It appears that until they figure out how to fix the issue, you will be getting the run around. I suggest checking back periodically for an answer

@Misses Quinzel I'm in the preview program as well, but the forum to discuss issues within the preview seems to be locked for me. Could I have permission to enter?

 

Okay nevermind my last post, I just signed in to see that my dashboard finally updated. I guess they got it fixed.

Been having the same issue for months, still stuck on the same screen as you are (forza, tmnt, batman, etc.) I can tell you it is not the Xbox 360 as I have two and they both do the same thing, but only to my profile. My boyfriend's works fine on the same
systems. I have contacted Support and done all that they said to try, but nothing worked to solve the issue. Here I am because when they could not fix it, they suggested I check the forums.

 

Hi, as it's only your profile that would indicate a setting is blocking things. Sign into your profile and check the following....

in settings/ privacy / change settings

select customize and scroll down to Content / Filtering and set it to standard, press B to back out and save the settings.
