    xbox 360 controller wont sync


    al my other controllers connect but my new one with the transforming dpad wont connect to my 360 slim. when on, it flashes to connect. I press the sync bottons on the 360 and controller and the lights on both flash showing that they sync but it wont connect.
    i tryed with my play and charge but it still wont work

    Xbox Controller wont sync

    Good Morning,

    It all started ever since a recent update to my Xbox One (about a 556mb download?) My controller wont sync to my console anymore. I have carried out the various guides/tips (I.E hard reset of console etc) When i carry out a hard reset and power back up
    then the controller will sync fine but as soon as i then turn off the console normally and then come back to it the controller wont start up the console or sync to it. It will work when i plug it in via USB cable though.

    My controller is fully updated too.

    On another note, since this update the volume control on my earcup of my Turtle Beach X32's doesnt work and i can no longer hear in-game chat (on Tom clancys the division) but party chat works fine albeit the chat is distorted every now and again.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    How many controllers are you trying to sync? Have you tried using brand new batteries?

    I need a way to successfully unsync my Xbox controller from my console, so I can again use it on my laptop via bluetooth.

    For now, why not just turn off the Xbox at the wall, then sync your controller to your PC, then turn the Xbox back on at the wall. That way you wont turn the Xbox One on when syncing the controller to the PC.

    I recently tried updating my controller but the update failed, now my controller wont sync with my xbox and also will not sync with a micro usb cable. The light wont flash faster if I press the sync button on the controller. I would like to update the controller

    try to get your controller checked out by an expert because most of the time it's the stuff that are inside that either needs servising or replacing the componets inside
