    Hello guys,

    I am having a trouble with the Xbox 360 controller: I can't connect it with my Win7 (64bits).

    Ok... I had already installed the "Microsoft Xbox 360 Accessories Status" (the compatible version with my Windows) and have already plugged the controller in the USB port. When I press the home button 4 green lights start blinking (it shows that it
    has energy - again... It's wired version, so i am not using batteries), and even with the program open I can't 'connect' the controller.

    PS: I have already tried 3 usb port and nothing has changed.

    PPS: I am not using the play and charge cable to connect the controller to the usb port. I created my own cable (I cut a usb cable and got 2 wires inside of the cable and connected them in the that part that you put the batteries.)

    So to understand the situation you are on Windows 7 and you cannot find the driver for the Xbox controller but a Logitech controller does work when wired, is that correct?

    If so, are you trying to use an Xbox 360 controller, and have you tried it wired as well?

    Here is an article on how to calibrate Xbox 360 controllers for Windows. You'll need to plug it into the PC using a USB cable:

    Are you sure the Xbox 360 is a wired Xbox 360 controller, and not connected by a separate cable like the play and charge cable? If it is the play and charge cable, it will not work on Windows 10, as it only charges the batteries on a PC. If it is a actual
    wired controller, then Windows 10 should detect and then download the drivers if needed.

    Yes my logitech wired works , but my xbox unwired doesn't . Is there a specific drivers for my xbox unwired that i should try ?
