Xbox 360 Controller should be able to be used on the Xbox One directly

Recently, I have had an incident involving me not able to use my Xbone controllers, and I figured I could just use my wired 360 controller by plugging it in the back. Unfortunately, it didn't work to my surprise. I dug around on the good ole' interwebs and
found out that I couldn't

Now, if Xbox/Microsoft could be so kind to see this I would like to say please & maybe thanks for making an update to the One that allowed use of the 360 controller directly.

adaptors to use old 360 hardware on the one?

Does the device allow the use of old headsets attached to say the 360 pad?

Edit:

Due to how the CronusMAX communicates with the Xbox One or Xbox 360 controller, you will not be able to use a chatpad or any wired headsets that plug into the XBOX controller itself. However, any headset that can connect directly to the console either wired or wireless will work as long as it does not plug into the CronusMAX, or into a controller that is being supported by the CronusMAX at that current time.

gold subscription problem

You should be able to sign in to your xbox one with the credentials you used on your 360. After doing that your XBOX live subscription should be available.

No, you are not able to use Xbox 360 controllers with an Xbox One. Did you purchase the Xbox One new? It should come with a controller.

This is very strange, the first time I've heard of this. Your Xbox should not be doing this.

Try these steps exactly

Plug the Xbox 360 Wired Controller into one of the two USB ports on the front of the Xbox 360 console. To disconnect the controller, pull on the connector, not the cable.

The cable on the Xbox 360 Wired Controller features an inline release. If someone pulls the cable, the inline release reduces the chance of the Xbox 360 console falling.

I would suggest contacting the Crounsmax supplier, as it is not an officially supported Xbox Accessory. They may have a solution for you.

This is from their support site:
