Xbox 360 controller problem with the LB/RB button

Hello, i've got a problem with my xbox 360 controller.

The problem is when i click in the LB button it do what the RB button is supposed to do (going to the right) but if i press strong the LB button it do the same fonction as the xbox reserch button (it scan for a new device detection).

For the RB button, if i light click on the button it work normally and fine, but if i click it strong it's just don't work.

I'm french and i hope you will help me with my problem, thanks you for listenning.

Xbox One Controller question - LB "clicks" when pressed, RB does not

I have 2 controllers and on both the LB button clicks louder than RB.

 

Xbox crashing

Clear Xbox system cache

1.Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

2.Select Storage or Memory.

3.Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.

4.Select Clear System Cache.

5.Important: Clear your Xbox system cache 3 times in row.

6.Go back to Storage

7.Press LB RB X LB RB X LB RB X LB RB X

8.Select Yes to clear the System Update

Restart your console.

Download Xbox LIVE profile.

1.Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your

controller).

2.Select Download Profile.

3.Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.

4.Enter your Microsoft account password.
