    xbox 360 controller on windows problem.


    I bought a new 360 controller for my laptop and I've installed the drivers and all but when I configure it in the settings, I moved my analog sticks 60% and they become full, I'm sorry here's a pic to explain.

    I'm moving the analog sticks 60% only in the picture above so what can I do to fix this? this is causing me to not be able to play any game where aim is involved, especially Bioshock and Doom.

    Hey Optiores2! Is the Xbox 360 controller you are using wired or a wireless controller connected through a Charge and Play kit? The Charge and Play kit will not enable a wireless Xbox 360 controller to be used on a Windows device. For full details check

    You want to consider exchanging your Xbox 360 controller for a different one if you aren't able to properly calibrate the settings. xbox 360 controller on windows problem. :)

    To use a 360 controller, you need the 360 controller for Windows.

    Not all 360 controllers will work. It must be the one for windows. :(

    Are you sure the Xbox 360 is a wired Xbox 360 controller, and not connected by a separate cable like the play and charge cable? If it is the play and charge cable, it will not work on Windows 10, as it only charges the batteries on a PC. If it is a actual
    wired controller, then Windows 10 should detect and then download the drivers if needed.
