Xbox 360 Controller not detected (at all) by laptop

Have you tried the suggestions on this link here ?

There is no tutorial since the gamepad should be detected by windows automatically. Have you tried it on another computer? Have you tried Bluetooth connection? Let us resolve these steps first.

Are you sure the Xbox 360 is a wired Xbox 360 controller, and not connected by a separate cable like the play and charge cable? If it is the play and charge cable, it will not work on Windows 10, as it only charges the batteries on a PC. If it is a actual
wired controller, then Windows 10 should detect and then download the drivers if needed.

Looks like it is, is there any way to connect it with the laptop then?

and that might sound stupid but if yes, how to disconnect the cable from the controller?

Unfortunately, that was not the case. Every game I got on my laptop was tested with the same controller on my friend laptop using Bluetooth. When I plug in my controller I can open a small manager screen on the desktop with the main Xbox button but I cant
when using Bluetooth mode. All of the game I tested on using steam, uplay, Xbox, Origin ... and the button is all over the place or the game not detected my input at all. I think that there is some problem with my laptop driver for the Xbox controller. I try
to reinstall, uninstall the controller driver and Bluetooth driver as well but nothing seems to work.
