Hello!

I am the least tech savvy person in the world so this might be hard for me to explain.

I believe my problem is similar to a thread by BerkeSolmaz. (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...ensitive/63ce86e5-5839-4f96-9fc2-0d821849211e)

The controller itself is simply too sensitive. I move it slightly to the left, for example, and it moves all the way to the left.

I have tried resetting default settings but it didn't work. The problem might be with the controller itself, but I got this controller a while ago, so any warranty would be long expired.

Unfortfunately, when calibrating i simply encounter the same problem. I tilt the stick halfway to the left and it goes all the way. I suppose the problem has to be with the controller. What is strange is that it is not a chinese bootleg controller but microsoft made. You'd think Bill Gates would know better.

Perhaps you could point me in the direction of another forum where I could ask for support from other programs? Looking through forums it seems this problem is extremely rare. Someone mentioned there existing a non-microsoft program to fix it but I have yet to find it.

Have you tried calibration for the controller?

Open the Game Controllers window:

In Windows 10/11, type joy.cpl in the Search box, and then select the joy.cpl result to bring up the Game Controllers window.

In the Game Controllers window, select one you need to calibrate, and then select Properties.

Select the Settings tab, and then select Calibrate.

Follow the steps in the Device Calibration Wizard.

Important When you're prompted to use the directional pad (D-pad), use the left stick instead. If you use the D-pad, the left stick configuration may be incorrect.

To save the new calibration settings, select Finish, and then select Apply.

Test the operation of the controller. If you're satisfied with the new settings, select OK, and then select OK again.

If you're not satisfied, select Settings, and then select Reset to defaults. When you select Reset to defaults, the device controls are reset to the default settings that are obtained from the device.

No, problem is not the games the problem is controller itself.

I tried to calibrate my controller on Windows 10 it's too sensitive.
