XBOX 360 controller doesn´t work on laptop

hi, my problem is, An xbox 360 controller doesnt work on mi laptop whit any game or on app xbox for win10. i follow all the steps from xbox support and anything change. my laptop is an Asus rog GL552VW, and the game i want to play its need for speed 2015

First player as second player (Xbox 360 controller)

Hello

I having trouble with my xbox 360 wireless controller, and my operative sistem is windows 10 of 64 bits, you will see, that every time i try to connect my controller to my pc it detect´s my controler as a second controler (the light that it turns on is the
second one and not the first), and i even don´t have a second controller, so i try unintalling the driver of the xbox 360 controller, and the receiver, and restarting my pc, and it doesn´t fix the problem, becouse when i reinstall the driver, it stills showing
me the light as the second control, and that doesn´t let me play many games.

Are you using a wired or wireless controller? To verify, have you tried all the steps to

set up the controller on our support article? To help out with digging further into this, posting back with images of your controller will let me determine if the controller is a 3rd party device or an official one. I'd need to see the top, bottom, and
inside the battery well (where your battery pack is located).

From there, we can determine our next steps. I look forward to working with you!

I have an issue after i use the Accessoires App and the Elite Controller. The A, B ,X and Y Button doesn´t work anymore but the Stick works fine. Is there a way to reset the mapping on the Controller. I can´t get in the App without the A Button?

I hope this doesn´t sound silly, but are you sure that it is a XBox One Game? XBox 360 Games do NOT work on the One.

No, this won´t work.

The Xbox One doesn´t support external HDD´s yet. You have to join Xbox Live with your gamertag, after that you can download your gamertag on the Xbox One. Can´t you connect your Xbox 360 with a wire to your router? If not you can use a Xbox 360 of a friend
with an internet connection.
