    I bought a xbox 360 wired controller in October 2015. That included 1 year warranty. But when I connect the device to xbox360 that told be "connect the device again... bla bla bla". The green ring glows. After reconnect the device stopped working. It also
    dont work on windows pc. How can i get a warranty service in my country?

    If you have a wired Xbox controller it will work. ( Note using a wireless controller and the play and charge kit will not work) Check out the link below fo downloads for the Xbox 360 Wired Controller For Windows.

    Hi there.

    You need to register your Xbox 360 console at myservice.xbox.com and then select "replace an accessory" you'll then be given the option to get a replacement controller. You may also need proof of purchase for the controller.

    I haven't xbox360. I bought controller for plaing games in windows. So i can't register at meservice.xbox.com, because service don't recieve my device serial number. I don't know why.

    A 360 controller will work with a 360 console, and an Xbox one controller will work with an Xbox One, but a 360 controller will not work with an Xbox One and vice versa.
