    Xbox 360 controller disconnects randomly


    First, i have used fresh batteries and re synced and got rid of any disturbances between the controller and system. Now the story is i just got a new wifeless controller. Since then both of my wireless controllers now disconnect randomly when playing a game,
    never when on dashboard or netflix. When i had the one wireless controller this never happened. But now that i have 2 of them its driving me nuts. Can anyone help?

    Problem with controller

    Both of my controllers are also disconnecting randomly

    FIFA is the main game affected suffered 10 disconnects in one half!

    I do have my xbox in the next room so not sure what the range of the controllers are

    Same problem here.. Xb1 S controller randomly disconnects, original xbox one controller has no issues with xb1 S console...

    Xbox 360 controller disconnects randomly

    Did you try each controller why they were connected with a playNcharge cable? I honestly can't say what the problem could be, maybe the 360 can't connect to the controllers. I doubt it's the reason, but is the ir sensor on the 360 covered up? Just a thought,
    but I doubt it's what is causing the problem.

    your controller shouldn't just disconnect randomly, try plugging the usb into your xbox and into your controller and try updating the controller.

    I got 2 of the xsx controllers.. they used to disconnect randomly on the xsx.. but it seems like its fixed now. on win10 some games are basically unplayable.. randomly flashes and disconnects.. the older xbox one controllers have no problems at all. does microsoft know of this problem.. it should be pretty widespread.
