Xbox 360 controller disconnects easily

Discus and support Xbox 360 controller disconnects easily in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Whenever I put my xbox controller down or it moves a little bit, it will disconnect.     Xbox 360 controller disconnects easily


    Whenever I put my xbox controller down or it moves a little bit, it will disconnect. Can someone help me?

    Does it disconnect by losing sync with the console or because the battery pack disconnects?

    Happens with older controllers sometimes. Put a piece of (good) tape on the battery pack, so it's secured to the rest of the controller. It isn't pretty, but it works.

    Happens with older controllers sometimes. Put a piece of (good) tape on the battery pack, so it's secured to the rest of the controller. It isn't pretty, but it works.

    360 controller is easily the best controller I've ever used. X1 controller is good but nowhere near as good as the 360 controller imo.
