    XBOX 360 CONTROLLER DEFECTIVE


    Good Evening,

    I bought in 27 february 2018, a Xbox 360 Controller compatible with Windows.

    After two months, I noticed that the left analogue stick, even if it is not moved, produces movement in the game.

    The terrible thing is that the joystick has never suffered any falls or anything else (of course) and I have also used it very little compared to the norm!

    This is a big problem in practically all the games and makes the joypad practically unusable. It's not normal to buy a product and stop to use it in two months. I don't know how can I proceed?

    Hi, phone xbox support, and they will be able to book it in for repair for you.

    i'm afraid we can only support the default configuration. But since the newest Xbox 360 controllers are 10 years old, I would go with the defective controller first and foremost

    Your 360 might be defective. You mentioned that read on the forums about this problem, that is why I assume your 360 is defective. Call Xbox Support.

    This is annoying. Microsoft isn't even going to fix the controller. They are going to send me a refurbished controller. I've only had this for 2 weeks. They should be sending me a new one.

    I tried to return to amazon, but they are running low on stock, and the replacement won't arrive for at least 3 weeks.

    I've checked Reddit and a few other places, and this seems to be a common issue with these controllers. I have found a lot of people complaining of this exact issue. It's always with the RT button.
