Xbox 360 controller - Bring it back!

Does anyone else miss the 360 controller?

The new controllers seem wonky. The dead zones seem larger. They seem to malfunction at a higher rate in my experience. They also seem like they were designed for smaller hands. The new headset adapter bologna is just terrible.

Bring back the 360 controller!

I wonder if it would take much effort to produce xbox one controllers with the 360's design.

Its already ultra hard to find the disk version and even harder to find a working copy. and not being able to download anything and add ons, it killing me.

I'm still waiting on the other prime-time game shows that I heard were coming like Deal Or No Deal which is allot easier.

 

Nope going back to the old controller after using the new one for so long feels wrong now. It's surprising to me how much better the XB1 controller is because I never thought they'd be able to improve on the 360 controller.

 

The Xbox One controller is much easier to break as well. Broke heaps of PS3 controllers back in the day, switched to the 360, and in the couple of years I've had it, I have not managed to brake a single controller. A few month on the Xbox One and my first
controller is already gone.

On a similar note, bring the 360 Wireless Speed Wheel back!

 

No not at all. All 3 I own are still working perfectly. 360 was a great controller but the Ones is better.

 

I have no doubt some have been unlucky with their controllers breaking, but me being really clumsy I have dropped my controller numerous amount of times and it still works fine thankfully lol.

 

Anyone who breaks numerous controllers needs to look closer to home for the fault. It certainly doesn't lie with the controller design.

 

I prefer the 360 controller, but I am getting used to the new one.

 

After playing mostly the Xbox One Controller for the better part of a year I can say it feels so much better then the 360 Controller. It took about maybe 10 minutes for me to get use to it but now when I hold the 360 Controller
it just feels wrong.

The Xbox One Controller is win over the 360 Controller, to which I thought there would never be a better Controller. Well at least quite a while.

 

I have to agree, at first I did not like the design of the bumpers on the Xbox One controller but through frequent use it has grown on me. I reverted back to the Xbox 360 controller for my PC a few nights ago and it felt horrible in comparison.

 

I do not like the trigger buttons on the new controller. Hold them all the way in and you will notice that your finger rubs against that casing. I do not like that at all. You should be able to push them all the way in, but still have them sticking out a
little bit, not sitting flush or even recessed a little from the actual controller casing. Hopefully this make sense.

 

I find it a bit funny that people look back on the 360 controller so fondly. Sure I didn't have any that just stopped working completely but I did have 2 with broken mic jacks and a bunch with drifting analog sticks.

The early 360 white controllers were good but they cheeped out later on and produced junk analog sticks that would only last a few months before they would start drifting.

I'm fine with the X1 controller but the analog sticks seem to still be prone to drifting. They need to beef the analog sticks up but I don't see that happening it's a way for them to sell more controllers.

 

The 360 controllers were built like tanks. The new ones sort of feel flimsy.

 

I prefer the XB1 controller over the 360. Once I got my XB1, I noticed a big difference between the 2. The 360 controller was good, but the XB1 controller is more natural feeling to me.
