    I recently purchased call of duty black ops 2 on disk. I couldn't find a physical hardened copy near me so i decided i would purchase the season pass and such in game. I attempted to buy the season pass in game from the store. It prompted a message stating
    that my account had been blocked from purchasing "premium" content. I went into settings to make sure my account could purchase any game. I also checked on the website and made sure, both times it was set to "everything". I attempted it again with no luck.
    I did some research to see if anyone else had this problem. I found nothing. I have now come to the forum to ask for help, any information is helpful!

    hi when im on home screen it says "sorry we can't get your content blocks at the moment they should be back soon" where my pins should be. It's not the Xbox because it says it when i sign into my dads Xbox. I tryed everything to fix it but its still the
    same. Thanks.

    If you are using a Child or Teen account you would need to make the purchase on an Xbox 360 console. Then you'll be able to download the game from the

    Ready to Install section
    on the Xbox One console.

    Bought the Black Ops 2 Season pass and isn't working

    Claus, I looked on some other threads from a while ago, I got the ingame store to show up. Now it is saying Premium content is blocked on my account and telling me to go to Ptivacy & online settings and update it. There is no option on the xbox 1 for me to change that I haven't already. I have my content and unrestricted and it is still telling me that it is blocked. It might be talking about xbox 360 settings, but I never ported the account over from a 360, nor can I access xbox 360 settings. Any advice for this?

    Hi! My name is Ben a fellow member here in the community, not a Microsoft employee. Hope you are doing well!

    With regards to the issue you are experiencing, have you somehow tried to check your Xbox privacy settings as well? Try to sign in via https://account.xbox.com/en-gb/Settings/Home then go to "Privacy & online safety"

    Under Xbox 360 privacy, try allowing everything from there. Once done, also try to disable your Xbox console passkey for the meantime by following the steps here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/account-pro... then choose the "No barriers" option. You can enable it later on if it works.

    Once you are done, turn off your console and unplug all cables including power supply for 5 minutes. Then plug it back on and turn on the console and check the game if there are still restrictions showing.
