    Xbox 360 constantly signs me out, also has connection issues


    So lately I've been having a number of issues with my Xbox 360, they are not too serious but the fact that they constantly happen is getting really frustrating and interfering with my game time.

    The number one issue is that everytime I start up a game or an app (like Netflix) it signs me out. I then have to wait a few seconds then sign back in. Realistically this is not a big deal, it is just very frustrating and I know that my Xbox should
    not be doing this and that there is something wrong. It is especially frustrating because I can't customize my avatar because everytime I go to do so, it signs me out. I also can't change my gamertag because it does the same thing. Essentially this issue is
    preventing me from doing things that one should have no problem doing.

    I have tried researching for a solution but all the answers are always something like "reset default settings", "clear cache, delete profile", or "sucks to be u n00b lol #imadick". No one seems to be able to just answer the question. I have seen a
    lot people say to delete the cache and your profile, but this seems dodgy. I obviously don't want to lose my profile/info. I'm wondering if someone could help me out with ideally a step by step guideline with details on how to fix this issue.

    The other issue that I am having is that my Xbox seems to have trouble holding a connection. It doesn't happen all the time, but enough to be a concern. I will be playing a game or watching something on Netflix when all of a sudden my Xbox will lose
    it's connection with Live. I then try to reconnect but it says my console is unable to connect. I'll test the connection and it will say that everything is fine which is very confusing. I find however that if I turn my Xbox off then back on it will reconnect.
    Still though, it is very frustrating. And I know it is not my Wi-Fi/Internet because we have a good internet connection and every other thing that I own is and stays connected to the internet 24/7 with no issues (ie. laptop, ipad, cellphone, etc.) My brother
    also has a Xbox 360 and he never experiences any of these issues. I'm beginning to think it's my Xbox itself.

    Does anyone know how to fix these two issues? I'm really hoping it's something I can do myself rather than finding out I have to get my Xbox repaired.

    NAT Error on Fifa 15 online seasons

    Having the same issues here!! Port Forwarding has not helped. Mine was also a downloaded copy of Fifa 15 for Xbox 360. I can play 1 game almost every time, but once that is over, "connection with your opponent has been lost"

    If I then sign out of Xbox Live - it won't let me reconnect! So frustrating. I think I will contacting to request a refund.

    try unplugging your modem/router for 10 seconds then plug it back in. See if that solves the issue.

    its the Network problem :) i suggest to you ( first Turn off your XBox and then Restart the Net Router and Turn on the Xbox again )

    No worries, in order to fix this you will need to perform some basic troubleshooting steps:

    First, try to change your Microsoft Xbox account password on account.microsoft.com > your info > manage how you sign in

    It is possible that your account was logged out due to someone might have logged in to your account on a different device or your network connection on your console might have fluctuated.

    After changing your account password, check if it did fix the issue.

    Yep so far 26 out of 28 time I log in to play, within 1-5 mins I'm dropped 1/4 of them I need to sign back in, It only last 1-10mins if but VERY frustrating. NEVER happed for year 1/2, NOW all the time.

    Don't matter what you pay, it will happen. Spectrum server about 45miles away. 65mb/s download- 6mb/s upload- 8ms ping. Sorry I'm no real help but like you just wanted a record of

    "the problem"?. So if I should "snap" the world knows why, lol. for what I pay this is total BS, but all I can do is this.
